Your tasks
- First level support by phone / remote maintenance / on site
- Administration of server / client systems
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Direct support for our customers
- Administration of networks with a focus on the Microsoft environment
- Completed training in the IT sector / IT specialist - system integration
- Good knowledge of Office 365, cloud, Microsoft client networks
- Knowledge in the area of AD and Windows administration, in networks & VLans
- Ideally already experience in first and second level support
- Knowledge of English an advantage
- Class B driving license an advantage
