For the support and project realization for our customers from the small and medium-sized business sector, we are looking for a

IT System Engineer (f/m/d) in the area of IT projects & support

YOUR TASKS

• Planning, conceptualization and implementation of IT projects in varied customer environments
• Ticket processing in 2nd level support and maintenance for our customers
• Handling on-premises, hybrid and cloud-based solutions in the Microsoft and Linux environment
• Technical support for our IT sales department on customer-specific topics
• Development of customized solutions for our customers
• Opportunity to work on the automation and optimization of IT processes
  
  

Your Profile/ Required Skills

• Technical degree or comparable IT-technical training or dedicated lateral entry with at least 4 years of professional experience
• Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA or comparable are an advantage
• Sound experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft 365) and ideally knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) and network technology (firewall, routing, switching)
• Desirable: knowledge of Linux or automation/scripting
• Structured, careful way of working and goal-oriented processing of upcoming tasks within a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Willingness for further training and certification
• Class B driving license (own vehicle not required, pool vehicles available)
