Structural Dynamics Engineer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Finite element modelling with Hyperworks including model quality checks is part of your daily business
• You are responsible for the performance of modal and dynamic loads analysis
• Your job is to prepare structural analysis documentation
• You will establish the input data for environmental test campaigns (vibration test)
• You will support space projects from the proposal phase until the launch campaign
• Based on this, you will present the work results internally and to the customer
  
  

Qualifikationen

• You have a finished master's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have 3+ years of experience in the fields of structural dynamics and dynamic loads - especially quasi-static, model, sine and random vibration simulations
• Experience with Craig Bampton condensed models/superelements, as well as coupled analysis, is a plus
• You are familiar with comprehending load paths, identifying structural design weaknesses and proposing potential improvements
• You are able to evaluate the strength of bolted joints under each load case through hand-calculations
• Prior experience with aerospace projects is a plus
• Ideally, you are proficient in using NASTRAN/MSC Nastran and Hyperworks for finite element modelling and analysis
• You are looking forward to work in multinational teams and you bring a problem-solving attitude as well as the ability to work in autonomy
• Very good English skills, written and spoken, round off your profile – German is a plus
