Your role: As Global Operational Product Manager (all genders) at Surface Solutions, you align, implement, monitor, and continuously improve product roadmaps in close collaboration with the Strategic Product Managers (all genders) as well as the Sales and Marketing organization. Besides, you regularly maintain and update internal product databases, pricing calculations, pricing frameworks and ERP systems. You validate and release pricing requests put forward by account management and respond to ad-hoc requests raised by customers or internal stakeholders. Working closely with Supply Chain Planning Team to ensure reliable supply and analyze existing internal and external data as well as historical trends to provide early insights into market dynamics that require corrective action. In this highly collaborative role, you will identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies or potential for improvement in our daily operations by analyzing data and processes. The role is based in Darmstadt.

Who You Are
- BSc or/and MSc in economics or scientific paired with industry experience preferably in a B2B environment
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in and solid understanding of all aspects of product management and supply chain management
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to solve problems creatively and to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Project management skills
- Analytical and agile mindset, experienced in Data analytics
- High team-oriented and customer-focused working style
- Fluency in German and English
