Data Analyst (x/m/f)

For our “Strategy & Data Analytics” team, we are looking for a Data Analyst (x/m/f) hybrid or on-site for the next possible date.

What you can expect:

• In an expert role, you are responsible for researching user flows across our customers' touchpoints with the highest reach
• You are responsible for driving data-based decisions to improve the holistic user experience
• You create comprehensible dashboards and analyses and present them to stakeholders in the project environment
• You define and monitor decision-relevant KPIs
• You are responsible for ensuring data quality
• You document your work clearly and continuously
• You advise specialist departments on the application of analytical methods and data-based problem solutions
• You work in an English-speaking and interdisciplinary project, e.g. with UX and Product
  
  

What you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, business administration or a comparable course of study
• You have knowledge of raw data analysis using SQL, Python or a comparable programming language and can apply this to heterogeneous data sources
• You have basic knowledge of ETL and data modeling
• You have experience in the application of machine learning algorithms and can use them to create predictive models
• Experience with visualization tools, ideally Tableau, is a plus
• Knowledge of data governance and data protection regulations is a plus
• You like to work proactively, exploratively and are not afraid to adapt pursued goals if necessary
• You are willing to travel to Freiburg at least once a month for 3 working days
