A medium-sized company, well established in the market, with a good mix of experience and dynamism. We currently employ 180 people.

Your tasks

• Support and further development of our ERP system proALPHA:
• You are responsible for the continuous support and optimization of the ERP system proALPHA.
• You will analyse existing business processes, coordinate them with the specialist departments and identify optimization potential.
• You will also be responsible for user administration, create rights concepts and carry out training for our users.
• You will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of ERP projects, such as upgrades or the introduction of new modules.
• Maintenance and further development of other software solutions:
• You take care of the interfaces to third-party systems such as CAD, CRM or time recording systems and ensure that they communicate smoothly with our ERP system.
• You will support other specialist applications and tools used in the areas of development, production and administration and optimize them in collaboration with the respective specialist departments.
• You will ensure seamless communication between the systems and ensure that all applications and data flows interact efficiently and securely with each other
• You will work on the introduction and integration of AI-supported solutions to make business processes more efficient and automated
• Support IT system administration:
• You will work closely with the IT team and support colleagues in maintaining and managing the IT infrastructure. This includes the administration of servers, clients and networks as well as ensuring IT security.
• You will help to keep the system landscape stable and provide support with troubleshooting and maintenance.
  
  

Your profile

• You have completed training or a degree in (business) informatics, IT systems or a comparable qualification.
• You already have experience in supporting ERP systems, ideally you have knowledge of proALPHA.
• You have a good understanding of IT technology and are interested in familiarizing yourself with company processes and various software solutions.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the administration of Windows servers, networks and IT security or are willing to acquire this knowledge.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and show a high willingness to learn. You also value teamwork and have strong communication skills.
