Shipment & Export Coordinator(m/f/x)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Shipment of national and international orders, rental and demo equipment
• Preparation of shipping and export documents (commercial invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, export declarations, Carnet-ATA,...)
• Preparation of certificates of origin and A.TR. documents
• Organization of forwarding collections, incl. tracking until delivery to the receiver
• Follow-up of shipments and status updates internally and to the customers
• Organization of import and export declarations in UK
• Interface function between the order processing/sales, logistics, purchsing, marketing departments and freight forwarders
• Collecting and archiving of proofs of deliveries
• Maintenance of master data
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Education as a shipping agent, customs processing agent, order processing agent or similar professional experience
• ERP knowledge
• Fluent in German and English – every additional langue is a benefit
• Ability to work in a team, service-orientated, structured-oriented approach to work, organisational skills
