- Identify opportunities for the products for which you are responsible and match these to the customers and applications present in your geographical region
- Provide the technical information and support to design engineers to achieve inclusion of your products on the BOM of the identified opportunities
- Update the CRM system on new opportunities and design successes
- Keep informed about the customer base in your region and the Kyocera-AVX product portfolio
- Analyze customer needs and support product design
- Coordinate trials, samples, and customizations with the plants, as well as resolving issues
- Provide technical (products & applications) support to OEMs and distribution custimers
- Monitor competitors for product improvement
- Train sales teams and partners on technical topics to promote Kyocera-AVX products
- Support sales and ensure design-win targets are met
- Education: University degree in the field of engineering
- Experience: Professional experience in technical sales/marketing, preferably related to electro-mechanical components
- Language skills: Fluent language skills in Italian and English
- Attributes: Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 75%)
- Skills: Technical communication and leadership skills
