We are looking for an ambitious and motivated:
Officer Administration Germany (w/m/d) in full-time or part-time 80% (32 Std./Woche min.)
located in Frankfurt am Main.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expenses and other finicial documentation related to Germany
- Maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure resources are adequately stocked and available
- Support and coordinate payroll cycles, personnel administration and compliance with local HR policies
- Oversee record-keeping and lease contracts for offices, rental cars, and phone contracts
- Assisting in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Act as a backup for the Manager during periods of absence to ensure continutity in criticial processes
- Propose and implement improvements to adminstrative efficiency
- Ensure timely support for projects
- Contact person for our headquarter as well as for external partners
- Planning and organizing team events
Your profile:
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration, economics, business or similar
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Responsible and reliable, strong organizational and communication skills
- You are passionate about people and administration, are a fast learner and eager to take over responsibility
- English and German fluency is a must
