Tasks

  • First point of contact for all IT-related questions and problems of employees
  • Processing support requests via telephone, email or ticket system
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Troubleshooting IT problems (e.g. networks, printers, servers)
  • Support with the administration and maintenance of networks and IT infrastructures
  • Documentation of technical problems and solutions
  • Training employees in the use of IT systems and software
  • Cooperation with external service providers, if necessary
  • Ensuring IT security and compliance with data protection guidelines

Profile

  • Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of the installation and configuration of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
  • Experience in network administration (LAN, WLAN, VPN, etc.)
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • High level of service orientation and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty if required

Requirements for the applicant:

Basic knowledge: Windows 11 operating system, iOS operating system, Macintosh Mac OS operating system, Windows 10 operating system, Linux operating system.

Advanced knowledge: Linux Debian operating system, Windows Server 2019 operating system
