Job Responsibilities
Für unseren Standort in Salzgitter suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Quality Engineer (m|w|d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Umsetzung von qualitätsrelevanten Aktivitäten in der Vorserienphase gemäß Anforderungen (APQP; VDA RGA; Magna-CPMP, usw.)
- Planung und Durchführung von Bemusterungen und Requalifikationen gemäß VDA Band 2.
- Erstellung und Pflege von PFMEAs, Produktionslenkungsplänen, Prozess-Flowcharts und weiteren mitgeltenden Dokumenten
- Planung und Durchführung von Prüfprozesseignungsaktivitäten (VDA Band 5 / AIAG MSA) sowie von Produktaudits gemäß VDA Band 6.5
- Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen sowie internen Beanstandungen
- Betreuung von Schweißbaugruppen und Kaltumformung
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit den Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D-Report) sowie der Richtlinien VDA 6.3, und IATF 16949
- Erfahrung in Kaltumformen, Werkzeugbau und Schweißtechnik
- Hohe Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme und Tragen von Verantwortung, thematische und zeitliche Flexibilität
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, hohe Belastbarkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Fähigkeit Problemstellungen und Interessenkonflikte der verschiedenen Kundengruppen (intern und extern) erfolgreich zu steuern, sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches, komplexes und systemisches Denken
- Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium im Maschinenbau und eine mindestens 2-jährige Fachausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit qualitätsspezifischer Ausrichtung
- Mehrjährige spezifische Berufserfahrung ,wünschenswert in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Automobil-/Zulieferindustrie
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der QM-Planung, vorzugsweise Automobil-/Zulieferindustrie
- Methodenkompetenz: idealerweise VDA-Band 2 & VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- Kenntnisse in und Erfahrung mit den Kundenanforderungen (Volvo, Mercedes, VW)
- Kenntnisse in den gängigen Methoden des Qualitätswesens (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D-Report) sind erforderlich
