Who We Are
Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities

The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities
- Project management of PowerCo Investments (incl. management of cross-functional tasks as well as preparing and aligning internal and external decisions for the relevant committees
- End-to-end management as process owner with the relevant departments and PowerCo investments (incl. stakeholder management, evaluation governance structures, and conducting negotiations and drafting contracts)
- (Further) development and support in implementing the investment strategy
- Key account for non-controlled shareholding management and PowerCo departments; preparation of decision papers for and communication with top decision makers of PowerCo and Investments
- Support of shareholder meetings and Board of Directors meetings
- Management of cross functional international projects and interdisciplinary project teams
- Bachelor’s /Master's degree in the field of business administration/industrial engineering/business informatics/business law
- In-depth relevant professional experience
- Experience of managing complex interdisciplinary projects with international partners
- (Independent), structured and results-orientated way of working as well as excellent and target group-oriented communication skills
- Excellent communication skills and business fluency in German and English
- High degree of initiative, structuring ability, and results orientation
- High analytical and intercultural competence
- High flexibility (incl. opportunity to work remotely some days a week)
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
