At Orifarm, Europe’s leading parallel importer of pharmaceuticals, we are shaping the future of accessible healthcare. To strengthen our growing Finance team, we are looking for a passionate and driven Finance Controller (m/f/d) to join us full-time at our Leverkusen site.
Make an impact – your role
In this key position, you will take ownership and actively shape our financial processes:
- Drive compliance with Group accounting standards and local regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with a strong focus on discounts and fixed assets
- Take full responsibility for the local audit process and act as a key contact for auditors
- Collaborate closely with our international tax teams, advisors, and authorities on all tax-related topics
- Ensure accurate and timely VAT reporting for German entities and Danish companies registered in Germany
- Transform numbers into insights by analyzing financial deviations and KPIs
- Partner with Business Finance, internal stakeholders, and Group Audit to support strategic decision-making
- Degree in business administration/finance or completed commercial training with relevant experience
- Min of 5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher)
- Ideally, experience in an international, multi-site environment
- A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong team spirit, reliability, and the drive to make things happen
