The Role
- Lead the discovery, assessment, and prioritization of problems and opportunities within the fraud risk domain.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Fraud Risk, driving the problem-discovery process and subsequent roadmap.
- Drive solution definition, manage dependencies, and coordinate delivery timelines with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Support product management teams by providing detailed business requirements, prioritization frameworks, and strategic context.
- Solid experience as a Fraud Management Expert, Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or similar role, ideally within fintech or banking.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience managing complex requirements.
- Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data to inform prioritization and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating projects across diverse teams.
- Understanding of product management principles, including roadmap management and requirements definition.
