Key Responsibilities

• Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement consumer growth strategies, focusing on scalable levers, optimal onboarding processes, and ROI-driven testing approaches.
• Early Lifecycle Optimization: Enhance the experience of newly onboarded users and improve customer retention, with a focus on early retention strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Set OKRs, design and evaluate A/B tests, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
• CRM Management: Oversee the CRM and tracking systems, driving operational efficiencies to support rapid business growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a competitive growth environment, preferably B2C and early stage startup
• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Strong background in Performance Marketing or Growth Hacking
• Proficiency in CRM and engagement tools
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and gain consensus with senior stakeholders
• Bonus if you have (advanced) SQL skills
  
  

This role is hybrid (50/50 in office and from home) and you will be working in an Modern office in Kreuzberg.
