Country Manager for Slovakia (m/f/d) in 21031 Hamburg
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity where you can demonstrate your sales skills while growing in an innovative and dynamic environment? Then you've come to the right place! We are one of the largest organic importers in Germany. We have been importing, producing and distributing natural and certified organic food since 1960. Frank Bode is the second generation to manage this successful family business.
More than 130 employees work at the company's constantly growing site. Our core business is the import and processing of organically grown nut kernels, dried fruit, seeds, pulses and cereals. We operate worldwide. We also package the raw materials under our own brand BODE NATURKOST.
Your role: Our Country Manager for Slovakia (m/f/d) for organic food located at the most beautiful location in Germany
As Country Manager for Slovakia (m/f/d) you will be an important part of our team. Your mission? To drive the expansion of our Polish customer base and further strengthen our relationships with existing customers.
Your future area of responsibility
You are our number #1 on the phone: We are looking for extroverted, motivated and likeable Country Managers with the desire and skill to make phone calls and win new customers. Your focus is on potential customers in the Slavic speaking region.
Teamwork and collaboration: In our open and supportive company culture, you will work with colleagues from different departments to increase customer satisfaction and achieve our company goals.

Your Qualifications
Passion for sales: You are passionate about sales and keen to get in touch with new customers by phone, possibly even have some initial experience in this area.
Strong communication skills: You are a talented communicator and impress with your strong verbal and written skills in English and other Slavic languages.
Self-motivation and goal orientation: You are an independent doer and approach challenges in a motivated and goal-oriented manner.
Team player: You are a true team member and put the team goal above personal interests.
