Job description 1

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Planner to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s E2E supply chain process for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning processes.
  • Analyze potential issues with supply chain and mitigate risk.
  • Conduct capacity planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine supply needs.
  • Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations departments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company.
  • Be accountable for the forecasting (Demand) and Supply Planning.
  • Be responsible for ordering the products needed either in our own factories or contract manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial team in terms of supply chain and challenge them when needed.
  • Be responsible for the inventory control.
  • Coordinate with logistics and factory planner to ensure inventory stays within the lower and upper limits of the policy.
  • Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company.
  • Be aware of the demand the products had historically to plan and coordinate the supply based on this information.

Experience profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Planner in a similar sector.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management.
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as a high degree of autonomy and networking will be needed to succeed in this role.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Experience with supply chain management software AP Modules and MS Office.)
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving.
  • Team Player.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends, and make decisions based on that analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems in the supply chain processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain management software (AP Modules and MS Office)
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management.
