So we are looking for you as Head of People & Culture to work full-time with us starting as soon as possible in Berlin!


Your Day-to-Day Work In This Role

Reporting directly to Stephanie (Chief Operating Officer), you will:

  • Own the entire HR administration and all related processes - from recruitment and onboarding, administration, mentoring and development to offboarding.
  • Be responsible for budget planning, people controlling and people reporting. Work closely and collaboratively with our Team Lead of Finance.
  • Be an active sparring partner and coach for our leadership team on performance management, feedback, talent development and career planning.
  • Own the People & Culture strategy and work closely with C-Levels to implement and drive the culture.
  • Manage a team of 4.


We Are Match
If You Have Experience with:

  • Experience of leadership responsibility across a wide range of tasks and working closely with the executive and C-level team.
  • Project and stakeholder management skills to design, structure and implement HR processes with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a hands-on mentality.
  • Profound knowledge of German labor law and contract management.
  • Business fluent in German and English.

  • Team Events: Our bookingkit BBQ in Berlin is a tradition that we offer multiple times in the year! Beyond that, we have summer and winter events to meet in person. Even ex-bookingkids come back to catch up with us on event days!
  • Extra Charity Day: We love it when bookingkids are involved in charity work. We support you with one extra day of leave for charity work.
